Restaurant Dishwasher

As a dishwasher at Antica Pizzeria & Ristorante, you will be responsible for cleaning and putting away all dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots while maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dish area and dish machines.

Working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, you will:

Operate dishwashers efficiently and responsibly to wash dishes
Wash glassware and flatware
Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand when required
Scour pots and pans
Clean and sanitize dishwasher mats, dish carts and dish racks
Assist in receiving and stocking supplies/products
Safely handle and store cleaning products
General dish area maintenance including: sweeping, mopping, organization and garbage removal
Other duties or responsibilities as assigned or required

Hours vary with two shifts available (day and night). Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

QUALIFICATIONS:
*Ability to work in cooperation with others and under pressure
*Communication skills and a commitment to a supportive and positive work environment
*Excellent organizational and time management skills
*Able to spend 100% of the time standing
