An overview of your future role at BBA

Designing and preparing engineering documents associated with transmission and distribution line projects
Selecting various line components: insulators, hardware, conductors and structures
Preparing estimates, bills of quantities, schedules, budgets, specifications and reports
Preparing plans, specifications and profiles as well as assembly, detailed and fabrication drawings
Participating in work site supervision, land surveys and inspections

Overview of certifications and job requirements

Diploma of college studies in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other relevant training
At least eight years of relevant experience
Experience with transmission and distribution lines
Knowledge of quality system procedures and instructions
Proficient with rules regarding prevention, occupational health and safety and hazardous materials used at work
Asset: bilingual (English and French)
