Key Responsibilities
- Work within a managed HelpDesk ticket system
- Maintain accurately detailed worklogs and documentation
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software & peripherals
- Provide verbal and written technical support to endusers
- Desk and Mobile phone setup and support
- Maintain inventory of all IT equipment and supplies
- Collaborate with other IT team members to improve and implement IT policies and procedures
- Perform regular maintenance tasks, both manually or by using automation for software installs, updates and scans
- Some Project work such as large software rollouts or evaluating new technology
Qualifications
- 5 years of Proven work experience as an IT Technician or similar role, w references
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of the IT team and independently with users
- High level of familiarity w Windows Operating Systems and MSOffice products
- Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ are a plus
- Manufacturing experience desired
Working Conditions
- May be required to work evenings or weekends
- May require to lift heavy equipment
- Will be required to travel to different locations within and possibly outside of Saskatchewan
