About the role:
Client Service

  • Answer phones/client inquiries and direct to appropriate person
  • Complete and process insurance policy requests (transfers, offers, changes/updates, etc.)
  • Followup with clients on unpaid premiums
  • Complete monthly reporting (CSV reports, downloading statements, etc.)
  • RRSP/RESP contribution recording and summaries
  • Annual tax documentation management o Preparation for client meetings (prep boardroom, prep meeting documents)
  • Family/Corporate Desk Reference creation and maintenance
Administrative

  • Cleaning/organizing internal database
  • Data entry
  • General administrative tasks
  • Filing/Scanning
  • Record and distribute meeting minutes
  • Mail management (incoming/outgoing including secure online portals)
  • Office supplies ordering
General

  • Collaborating with colleagues

About you:

  • You are a great communicator. You love people and know how to treat them. You speak English and hopefully French.
  • You are organized.
  • You have a need to find errors but are happy if you don't you are detail oriented.
  • You know what to do and you make it happen you know how to prioritize your work and manage your time.
  • You are not afraid of Office 365, Sharepoint, CRM software, and website management sites you know how to work with Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint and Squarespace. You have a few tricks up your sleeve and are willing to learn other tools and apps.
  • You understand that there is no "i" in team you are a great team player
  • You don't wait to be told you demonstrate initiative.
  • You can see into the future you have an ability to anticipate needs.
