In this role, you'll be the welcoming face and organizational backbone of our farm's administrative operations, ensuring our office runs efficiently while supporting our hardworking agricultural teams. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Perform general office administrative duties, including filing, data entry, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars.
- Support payroll, accounts payable, and other basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office and reception area.
- Collaborate with farm management to support administrative needs across the organization.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and problem-solve.
- A friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus, but not required.

Pay: $25.85-$35.32 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
