Job Summary:


Matcon is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for processing timesheets, invoices and trucking tickets.


Key Responsibilities:

• Processing daily timesheet/hired truck tickets/AP invoices
• Ensure the accuracy of data being entered into accounting system
• Filing of timesheet/tickets/AP invoices
• Perform such other duties and responsibilities as typically performed by a person in this role in a business of a similar size and nature of the business of Matcon.
• Perform such other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned to you from time to time, consistent with your qualifications and experience.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of data entry experience or related office experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately
• Minimum keystroking skills of 6,500 ksph
• Comfortable with office equipment including a computer, telephone, scanner, calculator, and photocopier
• Strong attention to detail

Salary:
$42,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
