The incumbent is responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of products in support of Business Services' objectives with respect to sales volume, market share and profitability.

The incumbent also contributes to the development and implementation of marketing tools in support of sales team activities.


Responsibilities:

o Participate in projects aimed at achieving Business Services' sales targets and satisfying the needs of business clients.


o Participate in the implementation of marketing plans for the business line's products, particularly via the preparation of product sheets and communications aimed at the sales force.

o Conduct all necessary product research, and maintain different databases on the products and services offered by the competition.

o Propose recommendations about different product promotions.

o Develop content for the creation of product sheets and Web material.

o Continuously assess the performance of the different product content and suggest improvements.

o Assure the effective management, updating and communication of product documentation to the sales force.

o Contribute new ideas aimed at enhancing the product portfolio.

o Participate in training the sales force on new and existing products.

o Participate in reviewing product pricing and costs so as to assure maximum profitability.


o Analyze client data related to the use of transactional products or services, and prepare pertinent dashboards and/or strategic presentations.

o Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to help ensure the successful execution of projects under his/her responsibility.


o Carry out all other tasks of a similar or general nature as requested by his/her supervisor or required as part of executing his/her functions.


Qualifications:


o Hold a Bachelor's degree in marketing, administration or a related field, and possess 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar position.

o Product management experience (banking product management an asset)

o Experience in the banking and/or financial sector a definite asset

o Mastery of written and oral French and English*o Advanced knowledge of Excel software

o Solid judgement, analytical skills and autonomy

o Excellent writing skills and great attention to detail

o Propose ideas aligned with the corporate culture

o Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and to work within an environment in a constant state of evolution
