THE CHALLENGES WE HAVE FOR YOU:
- Supervising the activities of the representatives responsible for promoting the products, for the achievement of the company's objectives, for the training of contractors and for the quality of product installation.
- Implementing the key plans necessary to achieve RESISTO's objectives within the territory, especially the regional strategic plan, the annual business plan and the annual budgets;
- Working closely with the Vice-President of Sales, work with his team to establish the annual budget and the long term growth plan for the territory based on potential of growth, regional opportunities and profitability.
- Communicating issues related to products or systems to members of the Technical Department. Communicating questions related to the development of products and systems to members of the Strategic Development Department to meet the specific needs of the territory.
- Promote and implement the use of the CRM (Salesforce) for the monitoring of activities, opportunities, pipeline and customer management.
- Implement and execute a plan for the generation of pull through business for our distributors as well as the training and the education of the contractor community.
- Providing recommendations for staffing and strategic orientation within the territory;
- Completing other tasks according to the needs established by the Sales Vice President in charge of the region. Work closely with the managers from other divisions in the territory to insure collaboration and overall market growth for the group.
- Be an active contributor with the board of managers for the divisions.

Your Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Management training (MBA an asset)

- Thorough knowledge of construction and territorial industry markets
- Good understanding of manufacturing, distribution and direct sales

WORKING CONDITIONS
- In this position, it is necessary to travel regularly to various areas of the territory, in Canada as well as abroad. The Sales Manager can expect to travel several days per month.
- The Sales Manager must attend meetings during the evening and on weekends. These meetings are necessary to fulfill the requirements of the position.
- The work schedule may be irregular, according to circumstances.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- The Sales Director will occasionally visit sites, and, every now and then, descend into trenches or tunnels and climb ladders to access roofs.
