Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
  • Assist customers in finding and selecting products
  • Upsell and crosssell products to maximize sales
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
  • Stay uptodate on product knowledge and industry trends
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively sell products and close deals
  • Basic math skills for processing transactions
  • Organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus (Cantonese/Mandarin)
  • Technical sales experience is a bonus

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From $21.00 per hour
