GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Assist in the development and ongoing maintenance of marketing and sales collateral.
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Ensure all sales collateral download pieces are up to date.
- Create, update, and maintain PDF forms for all departments
- Modify, file and maintain installation photography library
- Maintain and update EPDs as required
- Update Installation Instructions with French Translations (Acrobat)
- General Office duties
- Update/create business card digital files
- Update/create sample labels for sales kit
- Update and maintain website resource library spreadsheet
- Assist with design requirements as requested by Manager / Senior Management
Design Software
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and O365
Ideal, but experience not required.
