The primary responsibility for the job is to provide a top-notch service for all Marvin brands in a safe, timely, and professional manner.

What you will be doing:


  • Perform work aimed in the resolution of installation issues, product issues, and other service requests
  • Visit customers on a regular basis to establish good working relationships.
  • Repair product to meet or exceed factory requirements and standards.
  • Carefully communicate service issue and fix to homeowner, contractor, or dealer when appropriate.
  • Demonstrated problem solving, conflict management and negotiation skills when working with difficult customers and/or highprofile cases.
  • Communicate in a positive professional manner with all customers; internal and external.
  • Demonstrated ability to take the lead on multiman jobs created and scheduled in own service territory
  • Manually load and unload materials from warehouse to and from job site, occasionally using lifting devices
  • Review work orders before travel to jobsite to ensure materials are available.
  • Verify and manage parts and tools needed for service work.
  • Order materials as required
  • Ensure closing of service cases are done accurately and in a timely manner
  • Complete jobsite reports in timely manner with all the required information including attachments
  • Provide feedback on reoccurring issues and provide details to the team for quality updates.
  • Perform necessary inspections and daily maintenance and safety checks on all equipment and tools
  • Use hand and power tools and equipment to perform service
  • Ensure jobsites are safe and proper PPE is used when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean working area free from dirt and debris between tasks and at end of day
  • Perform various forms of labour to assist in other projects on occasion
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety, and other statutory requirements

You're a good fit if you have:

years Construction background

  • Product and installation knowledge
  • Knowledgeable in window and door ratings and performance standards.
  • Proficient in using the Salesforce scheduling software to schedule and complete service jobs in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Customer service/sales experience including excellent organization and communication skills
  • Ability to meet physical requirements of the position including lifting up to 75 pounds and climbing ladders and scaffolding
  • Articulates well in verbal and written communication.
  • Knowledge of construction equipment safety
  • A positive" can do" attitude, with the ability to think outside the box to resolve service issues
  • Ability to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment
  • Valid G license and clean abstract

  • Exposure to hazards associated with the industry/trade
  • Extended periods of standing, and other physically demanding conditions
  • Hazards associated with conducting work outdoors
