Position Summary:

Position Responsibilities:

Social Media Posting: Ensure all scheduled post go out on time and engage with the audience during peak time.
Social Media Community Management: Delete all spam comments, assign all CS questions & engage with positive comments.
Review hashtag engagement: Engage with users of branded hashtags and review hashtag SEO strategy.
Clean all Social Media profiles: Review current info for all channels and all brands (IG Bio / FB About section / Youtube profile description / etc)
Maintain Social Media Referral Tools: Update LinkInBio for all 4 brands daily to support an easy SM to Web conversion.
Social Media Athlete Tracking: Create a tracker of all current athlete with basic performance KPIs

Digital Channel Reporting:
Support the Digital Team with populating the weekly digital report & building meaningful monthly summaries. Digital Project Coordination: Work with all digital specialist to build creative request and follow-ups. Digital Content Archiving: Archive all content coming from ambassadors and race teams on Image Relay for other department to access. Use tags and descriptions to highlight athlete names / photographer & more.

Specific Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:

Strong Social Media experience-
Proven writing skills with experience writing in different brand voices and tones.-
Developed data driven approach & Google analytics knowledge-
Computer proficient, with ability to learn and leverage new programs.-
Shopify experience (strong asset)Position Qualifications:
Education:
Enroll in a Bachelor of Marketing / MBA / Communication Major and/or any other comparable digital marketing college degree

Experience:

3+ years' experience working with Social Media and/or any other digital Marketing channel

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

Office environment
Work related travel up to 10% of time.
Vision abilities to write, read and work in an office
