Solutions Support Specialist

Guelph Office (Hybrid)

Full-time, Permanent

What you will do:


  • Manage the Semex Solutions support desk, answering requests from both Semex representatives and external clients
  • Work with Semex representatives to support and train the usage of Semex Solutions software globally
  • Assist with extension materials for Semex Solutions training and communications via webinars and other extension platforms
  • Administer the billing of Semex Solutions services and collection of information on Semex sires and genetic brands
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data from herd management software that is used across Elevate, Optimate and DairyTrack

What you'll need to be successful:

  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong problem solving and computer skills
  • Leadership and collaboration experience
  • Passion for dairy genetics and progressive herd management will be a strong asset for this role
