Administrative Assistant
HR/Payroll


We have an opening for an experienced Administrative Assistant who will bring a high level of professionalism and positive energy to a role that offers significant career development opportunities.

This is a hands-on, in-person role with occasional jobsite visits. This is not a remote work opportunity.


Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the coordination and delivery of a range of clerical support for Human Resources and Payroll functions for the company
  • Assemble and maintain HR documentation (electronic and paper)
  • Provide support for recruitment efforts, orientation and hiring documentation
  • Maintain tracking documents for new hires, training, performance, disciplinary notices etc.
  • Gather, confirm and input data to support accurate payroll processing and scheduling
  • Assist in project documentation organization and verification
  • Coordinating accommodations, flights and other movement of workforce requirements
  • Filing and other administrative responsibilities as assigned.
  • Coordinating appointments, managing, and prioritizing calendar scheduling.

Experience & Qualifications:


  • Twoyear Diploma in Office Administration
  • Minimum three years related experience in an administrative role
  • Strong sense of integrity, professionalism and commitment with detailed knowledge of corporate office protocols
  • Proven ability to prioritize
  • Advanced knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office software, particularly Word, Outlook and Excel knowledge of QuickBooks an asset

Salary Offering:
The range is based on experience and qualifications: $45,000.00 to $50,000.00.
