Job summary
The Front Load Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a Class 3, Front Load Refuse vehicle.This position involves driving in day shifts Monday to Friday with early morning start time. The role includes inspecting cleaning and maintaining equipment as well as loading unloading materials tools and equipment under varying traffic conditions. The driver must maintain telephone or radio contact with dispatchers to receive delivery instructions while ensuring safety at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license with clear driver abstract
- Class 3 driver's license in good standing
- Ability to follow a firm work schedule as directed by supervisor
- Willingness to work in a team environment
