_Experienced Residential Construction Labourer:
Opportunities for Advancement_

MODE Built, a rapidly-expanding local home renovation company, is looking for a full-time skilled construction labourer.


We are searching for an energetic, dependable employee who shows attention to detail, initiative and a willingness to learn and adapt.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Our on-site (field) team needs assistance with:

  • Residential construction site prep, maintenance and clean-up
  • Deficiency repairs, such as framing, minor taping repairs and paint touchups
  • Door adjustment, window installation, lock installation and miscellaneous hardware installation
  • Demolition
  • Breaking concrete
  • Unloading and moving construction materials, tools and equipment
  • General construction help, indoors and outdoors
  • Communication with trades, suppliers, office team and homeowners

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Must have construction experience
  • Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
  • Knowledge of building code and safety codes
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to repetitively lift up to 50lbs


You must be bondable (no criminal record), fluent in English, have a cell phone and have your own vehicle (with a valid driver's licence).
