The Inventory Analyst's primary duties consist of understanding Noble's inventory situation and making recommendations to mitigate inventory liability. The successful incumbent may be tasked with some higher-level duties as a liaison between Operations, Sales, and Purchasing departments.
They may also be asked to draft reports or create and manage inventory databases as well as drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance best practice supply chain processes.

Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies to optimize the inventory management procedure
- Collaborate with various supply chain stakeholders to ensure business goals are met
- Discover & Conduct root cause analysis of issues leading to inventory fluctuations
- Facilitate and champion continuous improvement initiatives
- Attend inquiries as it pertains to products and inventories
- Report and analyze data and present to management when necessary
- Manage and maintain system integrity between ERP and WMS Systems
- Follow all health and safety procedures
- Additional duties as required
Qualifications:
You Must Have:
- Postsecondary education, preferably in a related field
- Minimum three (3) years' experience in inventory control
- Working knowledge of inventory management software (WMS & ERP)
- Interpersonal, problem solving, and communication skills to effectively build a positive relationship with team members
- Resultsoriented mindset and demonstrated ability to evaluate information from multiple sources to drive datadriven decisionmaking
- Excellent critical thinking skills
- An eye for detail, with the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
Nice to Have:
- CPIM/CSCP/SCOR-P designation
- Experience using Cognos Analytics Software
