What's In It For You?


CBN's Integrity Assurance program is comprised of rigorous chain-of-custody practices designed to manage the systems and procedures used to control, balance, reconcile and audit production materials and other controlled items.


As the newest member of our Integrity Assurance team, you will assume overall responsibility for assuring the integrity of the processes, procedures and products, with a focus on the processes of our key clients.


What Will You Do?

  • Conduct ongoing product reconciliation procedures, including creating formal reconciliation reports.
  • Analyze, review and investigate outstanding production discrepancies. Conduct discrepancy investigations, including breach of policy/procedures, and product and material count discrepancies.
  • Perform regular audits of outstanding loans of production materials, compliance audits of material handling procedures, and security audits of automated tracking systems.
  • Review material handling processes to ensure customer asset integrity and accountability.
  • Oversee the tracking of manual transfer of custody documentation and of automated inventory management systems.
  • Conduct off hours support when required as part of a rotation

Knowledge/Experience_**- A University Degree or equivalent experience.

  • A general knowledge of recognized accounting principles.
  • MS Office skills including proficiency in Excel and advanced knowledge of spreadsheets.
  • Some knowledge of printing processes in a secure manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to recognize discrepancies and anomalies by performing analysis.

Mandatory Requirements

  • The ability to obtain, and maintain, Government of Canada Secret (Level II) clearance;
