We are seeking a positive, results-driven Tech SaaS Sales & Client Support professional to join our team.
The ideal candidate combines the art of influence with a deep understanding of technology, turning prospects into lasting clients and driving measurable growth.
This role blends business development, client relationship management, and technical support to create exceptional experiences for our customers.Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the SaaS space.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support for clients.
- Provide product demonstrations, training, and guidance to clients and prospects.
- Track sales metrics, generate reports, and contribute to strategic planning for growth.
Qualifications:
A. Proven experience in tech sales, with measurable results and the ability to overcome objections.
B. Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn complex software platforms.
C. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English.
D. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
E. Experience with CRM systems and SaaS analytics tools is a plus.
