Description

Responsibilities:

Conduct high volume recruitment to fill D2D rep positions in GTA and USA
Use nontraditional recruitment strategies to reach out to local colleges, universities, and community centers
Achieve weekly recruitment targets of 1820 hires
Provide regular recruitment reports to the Business Development team

Requirements:

Experience in sales and marketing is preferred but not mandatory
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and achieve high volume recruitment targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Good linguistic skills
Own home office or workspace

Commission Structure:
- $200 per hire

Potential to make $2000$3000 per week
