    As a Product Delivery Manager in Embedded Banking and Solutions, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.
    Job responsibilities
    • Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
    • Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
    • Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
    • Become an industry thought leader and help senior leaders shape the strategic vision for the product
    • Support commercialization efforts by partnering with Strategy / Pricing / Analytics / Sales on market research and competitive analysis
    • Support GTM efforts by partnering with Sales / Marketing / Client Solutions to effectively manage prospects and existing relationships
    • Identify new opportunities by documenting Client feedback and working with Product Development to inform the product roadmap
    • Design, build and manage a seamless client onboarding experience capable of supporting the most sophisticated technology companies that operate in multiple jurisdictions around the globe
    • Monitor the performance of products and services, including overall profitability, by identifying and maintaining key performance indicators
    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
    • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
    • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
    • Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
    • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
    • Strong communication/presentation skills (i.e. creating content) that can be consumed at all seniority levels with both internal and external audiences
    • Be a persuasive negotiator and thrive in a high intensity environment
    • Operate with minimal guidance and oversight, capable of embracing ambiguity
    • Ability to rapidly understand emerging technologies and business models / naturally see commercial opportunities
    • Passion for creatively solving problems and an entrepreneurial spirit
    • Ability to adeptly pivot opportunities based on new information and market forces
    • Resourcefulness to filter a large number of opportunities into the most impactful engagements
    Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
    • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
    • Demonstrated ability to work in a highly matrixed program delivery structure
    • Demonstrated ability to meet aggressive growth metrics and client/partner development objectives, specifically for emerging businesses
    • Knowledge of emerging financial services technologies with a key emphasis on APIs, private labeling, SaaS models, and design thinking practices
    • Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization.
    • Understanding of the global payments industry
    • CTP designation is an asset
    • Undergraduate degree required
    • Global travel required
