The Client Business Data Analyst is responsible for managing, maintaining and interpreting the business client data logical data model and data transformation to support CRM initiatives.

Provide business client data information to management teams, business partners. Design and conduct data mining for creating business intelligence reports for prioritization and decision making.

Liase with stakeholders across business units, interpreting the business client data model and data transformation to ensure that client data is consistently and efficiently used and displayed throughout all source systems.


How you will create impact:


  • Manage, maintain, and interpret the business client data logical data model and data transformation to support CRM initiatives. Develop, maintain and support the business client data mapping between multiple client systems and source systems. Develop data models, data mapping and transformation.
  • Resolve complex, multifaceted problems to meet business requirements. This includes conducting investigation and analysis in order to accurately define business requirements, processes and workflows.
  • Create project scope, document business analysis, gather and create requirements documents for projects specific to client data.
  • Design and conduct data mining for creating business intelligence reports for prioritization and decision making. This involves extracting, analyzing and reporting on business client data.
  • Liase with stakeholders across business units, interpreting the business client data model and data transformation to ensure that client data is consistently and efficiently used and displayed throughout all source systems.

  • Track and monitor how business client data is utilized by various business units and how changes on client data impact workflows, procedures and source systems.
  • Manage adhoc requests for data analysis.

To join our team:


  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in business data analysis including agile project experience with Salesforce Tools and Data.
  • Proven knowledge in database principles, data structures, data mining, logical data models, business process models; workflow tools.
  • University degree or equivalent within business or information technology.
