Job Summary
We are looking for a YouTub editor to create high-quality video edits for our channel. The ideal candidate will have experience in long-form video editing, including pacing, flow, and polish.The editor will receive recorded files (7-9 minutes) with optional notes on key moments or highlights. They will deliver one finished long-form video (1080p preferred) with clean cuts, pacing, and flow.
The project involves removing dead space "ums" long pauses repeated lines tightening the pacing without changing the meaning adding clean transitions simple audio cleanup reducing noise balancing levels enhancing voice clarity color correction light correction adding intro outro provided by me or simple text intro if needed adding lower thirds when appropriate adding subtle background music only if it fits otherwise none
Additionally we need short clips cutdowns per episode from each long video delivering vertical clips from each long video dynamic captions word-for-word hook emphasis on-screen title line at the start punchy remove filler get to the point fast minimal branding consistent captions style no excessive effects keep my voice tone intact turn around time delivery within specified timeframe.
