Key Responsibilities:
- Provide positive emotional support, encouragement and counselling to the residents.
- Ensure the safety of residents.
- Oversee resident behavior and assist them in completing daily living tasks.
- Remind residents of scheduled medical appointments and attend where required.
- Administer medications ensuring residents take proper medications as prescribed.
- Maintain detailed shift records.
- Light house work, preparing meals, and daily maintenance of the community residence.
- Ability to handle crisis situations.
