To keep up with our growth, we will be seeking experienced, professional, energetic, goal-oriented individuals to complement our organization.


We are looking for a seasoned and highly performing
VP of Business Development who will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expansion for the company.

The
VP of Business Development is responsible for identifying strategic opportunities, forging key partnerships, and driving revenue growth through new business initiatives by setting company sales targets and marketing goals.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the company's objectives to achieve revenue and market share growth.
  • Analyze industry trends and market dynamics to identify emerging opportunities and threats. Stay informed about competitor activities and market shifts.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with potential partners, clients, and key stakeholders. Collaborate on mutually beneficial business ventures.
  • Lead sales teams in achieving revenue targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of sales excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluate and recommend new product or service offerings that align with market demands and company capabilities.
  • Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets or merger opportunities that complement the company's growth strategy.
  • Negotiate contracts, agreements, and partnerships to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the company.
  • Build and manage a highperforming business development team, providing coaching, mentorship, and guidance.
  • Develop and manage the business development budget to optimize resource allocation and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team, highlighting key performance metrics and progress toward growth goals.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of at least 10 years in business development, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role in the Industry.
  • Deep industry knowledge and an extensive network of industry contacts.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize growth opportunities.
  • Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve objectives.
  • Resultsoriented mindset, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment and make datadriven decisions.
  • Willingness to travel as required to establish and maintain business relationships.
