Description

• Oversee the daytoday operations of the property, ensuring it is well maintained and in compliance with all regulations and standards.
• Manage owner/resident relations, including addressing concerns, preventing issues/ resolving unpreventable issues, and ensuring a positive living experience.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and coordinate repairs or improvements.
• Collaborate with contractors and vendors to obtain competitive bids for maintenance and repair projects.

• CMRAO Licenced with minimum of 2 years of experience in property management.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with owners/residents, contractors, and team members.
• Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
