Description
A small business looking for a part-time office staff person.Negotiable on work hour times durning the work day (morning or afternoon time in office). Would be expected to work full time for 2 weeks per year to cover other office staff holiday time.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- accounts payable and account receivable
- store cashier
- handling customer inquiries
- data entry
- payroll (if have previous experience)
- assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
Required Skills:
Strong computer skills, Microsoft suite (excel, word)
Basic accounting experience preferred (Simply accounting/ sage)
Good team skills and communication required, will be working closely with operations manager and finance manager
Comfortable dealing with the public, answering phone calls and inquiries, storefront sales
Job Type:
Part-time
Pay:
$18.00-$23.00 per hour
