Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement restaurant policies and procedures.
- Manage staff and delegate tasks to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train and develop staff in customer service, food preparation, and other areas of restaurant operations.
- Analyze financial data to ensure profitability.
- Maintain records of sales, revenue, inventories, and other financial information.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
Salary:
$19.50-$21.79 per hour
