Immigration Consulting Company located in Abbotsford, BC is currently looking for a full time, permanent 'Office Assistant' to join as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting explanation letters, documentation and correspondences
Maintain filing systems (hardcopy and electronic)
Handle payments received from clients and prepare invoices, receipts.
Key skills:
Be a team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
Possess communication, teamwork and, problem-solving skills.
Be detail-oriented.
Be proficient in using a range of MS Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Able to work under pressure
Be a self-starter who will take initiative to find ways to add value in their role.
Experience:
Previous experience will be an asset
