Job summary
The Manager ATS Learning Safety and Validation leads the evaluation of training effectiveness across ATS Learning. They collect analyze and report data to support informed decision-making on training improvement while maintaining confidentiality.This role requires strong leadership advanced analytical skills and expert ability to present complex findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear compelling manner.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the design development implementation monitoring of validation processes tools for ATS Learning programs aligned with International Civil Aviation Organization ICAO recommendations Canadian Aviation Regulations CARs global best practices.
- Lead mentor teams responsible for executing validation activities analyzing reporting on training effectiveness safety data.
