Pacific Bolt Manufacturing Ltd. is a privately-owned company located in the Gloucester Industrial Park in Aldergrove, BC. With our long history of manufacturing and constantly challenging ourselves to improve, we have become the largest fastener manufacturer in Western Canada.
We are in need of a Part Time Receptionist (20 hours per week)
To perform this role successfully you will be required, but not limited to the following:
- Assisting sales & accounting staff as required
- Printing, photocopying & scanning as required
- Verifying accuracy of documents
- Serve visitors by greeting and welcoming them
- Answer screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
- Receive and sort daily mail, send out correspondence as necessary
- Perform a high volume of daily filing accurately
- Ad hoc duties as needed
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Administrative Assistant Diploma or Computerized Office Training would be an asset
- Typing speed of at least 40 wpm
- Proficient knowledge and previous experience with Microsoft Office
- Strong oral and written English communication skills
- Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
- Must be detail oriented
- Strong customer service orientation skills and desire to achieve results
- 2 years minimum office experience in a similar role required
