What do you do?

Perform full cycle accounting and bookkeeping with focus on payroll, accounts payable, and expenses
Manage daily banking activities and prepare bank reconciliations
Ensure accuracy and integrity of all financial data and ensure AP/Expense accounts are recorded properly
Examine expense invoices, employee reimbursements
Prepare analysis of AP & expenses and assist with monthend/quarterend/yearend closing
Assist with annual tax return filling and audit
Prepare adhoc reports and support special projects as required

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have

5+ years accounting/bookkeeping experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel)
Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to details
Willingness to learn and adapt to change

Nice To Have

Previous experience in an Asset Management firm
Fluency in multiple languages would be an asset (particularly Mandarin)
