We are a property management company recruiting a Residential Maintenance Specialist to join our team

The team member will respond to and conduct all maintenance and operations related workorders and tasks, assign workorders to vendors where applicable, and support property management functions.

Salary:

$22.00 to $25.00 /hour, depending on experience.

Approximately 35-40 hours per week.


Prior Preferred Experience:

• A 'Handy' Person who can do or learn to do just about any household repairs
• Liaising with Vendors to ensure prompt response and completeness
• Troubleshooting and solving common residential maintenance issues

Required skill sets:

• Organized and can Schedule efficiently
• Remain positive in a high pressure environment
• Valid drivers license, clean driving record, and personal vehicle
• Professional acumen and teamwork
• Have and know how to use various tools and power tools

Role

• Respond to new workorders and assign to vendors where required
• Conduct building and vacancy checks
• Complete residential repairs and rent ready work
• Close workorders with property billing details
• Support admin and property managers
• Manages parts and inventory
• Requires constant travel and scheduling
