Business Overview

Snuggles n Bubbles is Toronto's first wellness centers specializing in babies and children from 3 months to 12 years old.

The services provided include hydrotherapy bath and massages provided by a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). The overall spa is managed by the front desk reception. The overall experience is conducted in a safe and clean environment for both children and their parents. The services offered by Snuggles n Bubbles are on a per appointment basis only.


Responsibilities and Duties:

• Customer service; welcome client and engage with client throughout their entire session
• Manage the reception desk and sales, including processing appointment sales and retail sale
• Manage the client's needs with the RMT during the child's appointment
• Ensure spa remains clean and wellkept
• Proactively find solutions for any issues at the spa
• Open and close spa, including all processes and cleaning required for opening and closing

Qualifications:

• Customer service and sales focus
• Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
• Proficient in verbal and written English language
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills with customers, peers and management
• Ability to learn new booking systems and manage administrative tasks
• Ability to multitask, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible
• Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision

Pay / Availability:


$18-$20.00 per hour

Benefits offered after 3 months probation

Weekend availability mandatory
