The Team


GOCT - International CRM Data and Analytics Team provides data management and analytical solutions to support business intelligence and reporting (Financial Risk, Regulatory and Executive Management) on customer relationship management activities.


The Role

Some of the Key Accountabilities include:

  • Manage user access to these reports.
  • Deliver on International Banking Caribbean CRM data management strategy through the daytoday support of relational data models with a focus on data delivery through managing data ingestion, transformation, exception identification, data investigations and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with peers across the business lines including key stakeholders in International Retail Products and Marketing, Customer Insights, and Global Risk Management
  • Support, maintain and enhance International Banking Infor Omni Channel campaign management solution (Epiphany) and Customer centric Caribbean data mart
  • Provide advice in the form of daytoday technical support to team members and user community. Contribute to the team Agile culture and leverage Scrum and Kanban in daily activities

What You Will Bring to Succeed

  • 5+ years of experience in data warehousing, data analysis and Reporting based on Power BI/ Tableau or other reporting tools. Preference is for Power BI.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server ecosystem Data Tools including SSMS, SSIS, SSAS and Visual Studio is a must.
  • Handson experience in ETL and query tools including SAS, T-SQL, SSIS, "dbVisualizer" will be a plus.
  • Experience in Atlassian Jira/Confluence, GIT, TFS/Azure DevOps
  • Proven interpersonal, analytical and problem resolution skills
  • Effective communication and presentation skills (written/verbal)
  • University degree in Software Engineering/Computer Science related field
