As a server at Boccaccio Ristorante, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Assisting guests with menu recommendations and taking their orders accurately.
Delivering food and beverages promptly, ensuring exceptional presentation and quality.
Attending to guests' needs throughout their dining experience, providing excellent customer service.
Processing payments and ensuring accurate billing.
Collaborating with the kitchen and other staff members to ensure smooth service operations.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a server in a restaurant environment (preferred but not required).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting.
Attention to detail and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
Positive attitude and passion for providing outstanding customer service.
