Job Description:

Manage sales orders via Microsoft Dynamics AX, WEB, SQL and Excel systems
Respond to customer needs based on product availability
Request advice, price, date and delivery status
Process the box of requests
Follow the training of suppliers
Participate in continuous improvement

Qualifications:

High School Diploma
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Knowledge of ERP and SQL management systems
Interpersonal, service and customer solution oriented
Good analytical skills
Thoroughness
Good communicator both orally and in writing
Ability to work in a team
Knowledge of tires and automotive accessories an asset
1 to 3 years experience in customer service or in a similar position
