What we're looking for

We are looking for a datadriven product manager for the Analytics and AI/ML team responsible for building SurveyMonkey's analytics capabilities, which is an essential part of Momentive's strategy to empower customers to gain actionable insights and achieve tangible results from their survey responses. Build what users want — before they even know they need it. We're looking for product thinkers who put users at the center and want to build product capabilities to simplify the lives of our customers. Our product managers collaborate with design, engineering, product marketing, and research teams to deliver bestinclass products. You will report to our Director of Product and will have the option to work entirely remotely, or from one of our offices, or a hybrid of both._

You will
- _Blend internal and external inputs to refine the vision and roadmap for survey analysis features_
- _Conduct market and user research, identify industry trends, and perform competitive analysis_
- _Cultivate customer empathy to develop deep insights into their needs and how our products can help them achieve better outcomes_
- _Develop detailed product requirements and work closely with a team of passionate engineers, data scientists, marketers, and product designers through iterative releases to execute on the roadmap_
- _Work with Product Marketing to build GTM (go to market) plans for your product_
- _Use data to validate assumptions and make better product decisions_

You have
- _4+ years experience in Product Management at a technology company_
- _Deep user empathy and ability to advocate for new features with qualitative and quantitative reasoning_
- _Expertise in statistical testing the context of surveys/ research_
- _Experienced in qualitative and quantitative analysis_
- _Experience using BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI_
- _Working knowledge of Agile methodologies_
- _Desired but not required: Research experience (customer research, market research, etc.)_
- _Bachelor's degree + in engineering or related quantitative field, or experience as a data scientist or analyst_
