Department Overview

As a result, all GTB business lines, namely Corporate Cash Management (CCM), Financial Institutions/Correspondent Banking, Global Trade Finance and Export and Agency Finance have evolved to provide optimum trade, liquidity, and payment solutions to clients.
Job Accountabilities
Help deliver GTB's customer value proposition and corresponding product offering suite, setting us up tocompete effectively against established global financial institutions
Support senior team members throughout the Agile development lifecycle of a new product, from inception tomarket. This includes independently drafting process maps, documenting business requirements, drafting userstories with acceptance criteria that can be easily understood and used by Agile pod Technology and Testingresources
Relate client requirements to existing Technology solutions, identify gaps may exist, and formulaterecommendations to support
Support the onboarding of GTB clients, including a detailed understanding of client requirements, products,processes, pricing structure, policies, and legal agreements/frameworks
Identify and lead initiatives that automate and/or digitize existing processes
Provide trusted and informed guidance to GTB FI Origination team on products & services, and managequeries/escalations until resolution
Independently coordinate review and drafting of Product sections of Client RFP and Questionnaires
Stay current on market and industry developments domestically and globally pertaining to GTB product suite(interest rates, payments, treasury, clearing, market practice, technological developments, etc.)
Perform detailed analysis using empirical data, analytical software, and data visualization tools to inform decisionmaking and support recommendation while keeping in mind the bigger picture
Establish and maintain excellent working relationship with other partners in TD Securities including: Technology,Operations, Legal, Marketing, Investment Banking, Credit Origination, Credit Management, Foreign Exchange,Money Markets and Trade Finance
Understand and adhere to the Bank's AML and Risk policies and procedures
Adhere to GTB business coverage requirements including inoffice presence (mandatory 3 days), and maintain schedule flexibility to meet business/project needs

Job Requirements

Undergraduate or graduate degree, with strong academics
Experience in and/or knowledge of Global Transaction Businesses
Product management experience including but not limited to product pricing, cost analysis, legal agreements, monitoring product performance, development & monitoring of KPI / KRI, etc.
Experience creating and communicating product backlog items and communicating product goals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in both independent and team environments
Selfstarter with a positive attitude and an insatiable desire to learn
Process mapping experience using MS Visio is a must
Experience in Agile development methodology and tools such as JIRA / Confluence / Bitbucket is a must
Confident in working with large data sets using any of these tools: SQL, Python, Tableau or Power BI
Innovative mindset coupled with creative problemsolving ability
Life accomplishments that demonstrate motivation to achieve results, commitment to excellence and willingness to go above and beyond
Client support experience at the corporate/institutional level is of high interest

The following qualifications are considered a strong asset:

Advanced university education in business, mathematics, data or technology
Demonstrable change credentials prior direct experience contributing to largescale change initiatives (previous experience as product owner or business analyst)
Storytelling ability to translate and articulate requirements between stakeholders and sharing the business context
Wholesale banking or payment industry experience with knowledge of: SWIFT, ISO20022, XML, APIs and regulatory insight
Working experience with innovative smalltech tools: UI
