Reports To:
National Command Centre Manager
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- All duties assigned to operators, senior operators and supervisors
- Report operating deficiencies to the National Command Centre Manager
- Revising and maintaining procedures, business processes and workflows
- Maintenance and technical support of all Command Centre equipment and software (operator
- Assist Human Resources with new hire recruiting, supervision of new operator training and
- Performance and Evaluation reviews of Monitoring Station Operators
- Ongoing support of employee growth and development
- Advanced maintenance and setup of alarm automation platforms (Avigilon, Immix, Security
- Maintenance and support of other platforms critical to the organization's success (Zendesk,
complaints
- Setup and maintenance of system access for Command Centre Operators
- Collaborate with the National Command Centre Manager for the new process creation
- Creation and distribution of staff schedules including timeoff requests
- Responsible for KPI and other reports related to the Command Centre provides accurate
- Assign responsibilities and delegate tasks to operators as needed
- Coordinate with the National Command Centre Manager to maintain Disaster Recovery plans
- Assist with strategic planning and development relating to the West Coast Command Centre
- Coordinate with National Command Centre Manager on the planning of new technologies and
- Be available to work operator shifts when other staff are unavailable
- Work with the Technical Specialists to ensure accurate account set ups
- Other duties as required
Pay:
$55,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- French (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
