- Coordinate and actively participate in the monthly process of consolidation of the Previan Group's financial information in accordance with IFRS accounting standards;
- Produce and/or review consolidation entries;
- Manage annual audit work with the group's external auditors;
- Ensure the proper documentation and implementation of IFRS accounting standards impacting the Group;
- Participate in the integration process of acquired companies;
- Ensure the management and maintenance of the ERP system at the finance level;
- Coordinates the financial disclosure process.
- Bachelor of Business Administration, accounting profile, and members of the CPA order;
- Have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience;
- Experience with international groups (asset);
- Full proficiency in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (mainly Excel – intermediate/advanced level);
- Knowledge of the ERP system "SAP" (asset);
- French and English bilingualism;

The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating and producing the consolidation of the Previan Group, including the management of the annual audit process, the implementation and improvement of IFRS accounting compliance processes and the coordination of the financial disclosure process. The incumbent will also participate in the integration process of the newly acquired entities, including the coordination of the purchase price allocation process and the maintenance of the ERP system related to the consolidation process.
As a key member of the finance team, your rigor and attention to detail will be put forward in reviewing information from various entities, producing reports and analyzing performance. You will ensure that the various unusual transactions are properly accounted for at the group level. In general, you will support the Director of Financial Disclosure in the production of financial information.
