JOB DESCRIPTION

Monday-Friday, 7 hours per day (4am-11pm) - Evening Shift

Vancouver area

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Litter pick sidewalks, entries, stairs, and driveway ramp of any nonorganic debris
  • Removal of recycling and compost from 20+ residential floors in a high end high rise tower in downtown Vancouver
  • Common space cleaning
  • Clean and disinfect high contact touch points such as light switches and door handles
  • Elevator cleaning, including tracks and panels
  • Washroom cleaning
  • Damp mop hard surfaced flooring
  • Vacuum hallways, stairwells, and elevator floors
  • Empty waste receptacles and replace with clean liners
  • Keep garbage room tidy
  • Strict schedule to be followed regarding time when each duty should be completed

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Cleaning experience is preferable
  • Organized and reliable
  • Effective verbal communication in English
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Ability to deal with residents in a positive and professional manner

Job Types:

Salary:
From $16.75 per hour
