Role Overview

In this role, you'll provide basic on-site desktop support and ensure that our daily operations start smoothly. Each morning, you'll verify that our digital screens, retail box office systems, and essential devices are fully functional. You'll also respond to day-to-day support requests from staff and assist with simple troubleshooting tasks.

You'll be part of a friendly, collaborative environment where curiosity is encouraged and learning happens every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform basic desktop support for Windows devices and user workstations
  • Ensure digital screen systems are online and functioning each morning
  • Confirm retail box office systems are operational at the start of each day
  • Provide light support for iPads, Chromebooks, and printers
  • Assist with simple troubleshooting tasks such as:
  • Square terminal printer issues
  • Laptop diagnostics (e.g., RAM-related issues)
  • Printer setup and configuration
  • Laptop freezing or performance issues
  • Hard drive capacity problems
  • Email delivery issues (e.g., external send failures)
  • Be on-call during the weekend of February 14–15 for any urgent support needs
  • Document basic issues and resolutions as required

Skills & Experience

This is a junior role—perfect for someone early in their IT journey. We're looking for candidates with exposure to or familiarity with:

  • Windows desktop support
  • Microsoft 365 (O365)
  • Intune device management
  • iPad and Chromebook support
  • Basic printer troubleshooting
  • General hardware/software diagnostics
  • Comfort navigating a Meraki network environment (deep expertise not required)

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Contract length: 2 weeks

Pay: $17.60-$34.62 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
