Assistant Store Manager - Join our Store Leadership Team

Working Hours:

Full time
8am5pm including some Saturdays
Sundays and all Holidays off

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service and offer a positive impression of the shop.
Assist with tire change overs as needed.
Confidently provide product information to customers in a friendly manner
Provide pricing, recommend services and parts, prepare and present customer quotations.
Work with inventory and budget management
Coach and mentor Team Member's with training and development

Skills & Abilities:

Demonstrated ability to deliver excellence in customer service.
Previous counter sales, phone sales and/or prospecting experience considered an asset.
Ability to excel in a physical environment that will involve some heavy lifting throughout the shift.
Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Previous experience working in a safetyfirst culture.
Dedicated to creating a culture of career growth that supports an environment meant to guide team members' learning through handson mentoring, training and development.

Education and Special Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a customer service or retail industry.
Valid Driver's License.
