Vibe Construction is seeking a Lead Hand for our Winnipeg, MB location.
Position:
The Lead Hand is responsible for leading the construction project from start to finish.
The Lead Hand will work closely with the Project Manager and Project Team to ensure that all construction requirements are met on time and within budget.
This individual will be responsible for supervising the construction team, ensuring that all necessary documents are completed, and that the project is on track.
The Lead Hand will work alongside the junior staff performing all aspects of the construction project, and providing guidance and structure for the junior staff.
Qualifications:
years of experience in construction
- Strong communication and leadership skills; problem solving and decisionmaking skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with multiple priorities
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
Salary:
$25.00-$35.00 per hour
