Helcim is looking for a full-time Finance Analyst to join our team.

This role is at the heart of our service, ensuring day-to-day payments operations to our merchants are consistent, reliable and scalable.

You will be successful in this role if you love digging into numbers and solving problems while being adaptable, proactive and eager to create processes for a fast-growing company.

What you'll _do_**:

Manage daily reconciliation and settlement of merchant funding. Work closely with the development team and customer service team to manage and solve issues.
Assess current funding operations and controls, offering recommendations for improvement and implement new processes and policies
Assist with monthend processes including merchant fee analysis and support quarterly project initiatives
Analyze business metrics and financial data and create financial models for decision support
Other duties as required

Your Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required; concentration in accounting or finance preferred.
24 years of related experience, experience in Treasury and/or CPA designation is an asset.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. Basic proficiency in SQL is an asset.
Strong timemanagement skills and organizational skills.
Critical thinker and detailoriented
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, combined with interpersonal skills.
