Description
Media Experts is looking for additional administrative support for the Media Finance Operations team.We are actively seeking one full-time Media Finance Operations Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting the team with data entry, reporting, reconciliation, and billing of media campaigns.
Reporting to the Media Finance Operations Supervisor, this employee's key responsibilities will include:Responsibilities
- Administrative support regarding campaign reconciliation and invoice coding, billing and reporting.
- Assist with the input of Print / OutofHome
- Manage and route incoming invoices to shared services
- Resolve campaign debits with the planners that are not in accordance with the media contract/Insertion Order
- Liaising with Omaha Shared Services to ensure billings and payables issues are resolved.
- Investigating, fixing and/or following up on discrepancies with vendors and/or appropriate personnel to ensure they get cleared.
- Assisting the Media Finance Operations Supervisor and the overall team as needed on adhoc projects and assignments which are within the scope of the role.
Required Skills:
- Datadriven, works well with numbers.
- Extremely Detailed Oriented
- Enjoys and excels at problemsolving
- Intermediate Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite specifically Excel (minimum Vlookups & Pivot Tables)
- Bilingualism required (French / English)
