Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment such as tractors, loaders, and self propelled sprayers
• Perform tasks such as planting, spraying, spreading and loader work
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment
• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively

Requirements:

• Proven experience in heavy equipment operation
• Proficient in operating various farm and construction equipment
• Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on equipment
• Valid driver's license (AZ or DZ an asset)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to pass training requirements for applicators licensing
• Knowledge of pesticides and other farm inputs an asset
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
