The Senior Manager, Data & AI Risk Audit leads and conducts audit work to assess the effectiveness of data (including data governance and management controls) and AI related controls, effectiveness of operations, and compliance with governmental regulation.Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Director, RBC Data Risk Audit and COE and MD, Global Head of Data Risk to provide independent objective assurance over the design and operation of the Bank's global Data Risk management practices AI Risk management practices governance processes and the system of internal controls.
- Oversee audit plan execution in relation to internal audit operations across for Enterprise Data and AI Risk operations to include both 1LODand 2LODfunctions this can potentially include integrated data support for business Functional coverage This also includes supporting a Center of Excellence COE for IA Dataand AI Risksbring together reporting for global IADataRiskand AIRiskcoverage/results as well as drive overall IADataand AIRisksstrategies.
