Documentation Specialist
Job Overview
The Documentation Specialist (DS) will be responsible for the physical execution of shipments and for the preparation, distribution and maintenance of all documents.
This position will respond to customer inquiries, verify and distribute invoices, prepare and distribute documents, trace all pertinent shipments and documents.
Other duties also include but are not limited to:- Export Documentation including ocean bills of lading, invoice, B13, etc.
- Invoice preparation
- Ensure shipment is within the contractual boundary
- Ensure ontime delivery of customers documents
- Prepare letter of credit documents (if required by sales contract)
- Process approval of bills of lading
- Obtain Marine Certificate of Insurance, Phytosanitary certificates, Quality Certificate as required by sales contract

Education & Experience:
Language Requirements:
English fluency is a must. Additional languages are assets.
Job Types:

Pay:
$47,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
